Dear John,

Your disclaimer have never been more predicatively pertinent, and 
absolutely impertinent :-) It only means that your views would not be 
(as you seem to want to show it here) networked with the needs, 
concerns and satisfactions of your fellow catenetworkers not 
interested in your ICANN "net master" as long as it is BUGged.

A VGN is a VGN of VGNs. "Their particular VGN" will degrade from 
their lack of interest in the other VGNs. You right, not my problem. 
Except that my VGN will suffer from the degradation of their VGN. 
What does interest me. And everyother stakeholder (in my jargon 
inherited from the WSIS, every person).
