Most excellent - go forth and be the master of your own VGN(s)!  To the extent that others wish 
to discuss here the implementation details of their particular VGN which is defined by usage of 
the present IANA registries, it would be helpful if you could recognize that context and thus avoid
belaboring all with your more expansive vision.
