I support the adoption as a working group document. From following the discussions on the list, I believe there is enough interest from the WG to have this work being adopted as a working group item. I believe all current issues discussed can be worked out while it is a WG document. As it looks to me though, I would like to see this draft updating RFC 8092 rather than standing alone. Especially where it introduces additional transitivity bits within the first bits of the attribute and I would like to see more clarity on that within the draft.
