Hi Sue and all

I support adoption of the draft based on the basis given by Robert.

Very good points made and so this draft helps solve the immediate problem
with the deprecated codepoint and allocation of new codepoint for shipping
code.

Long term as Robert mentioned this draft could be made historical as
Bruno’s next hop draft is published.
