it does not know; i think that jakob is just commenting on the manner in which
RPLs normally function.  the communities are checked in an order, and once
seen the checking ceases.  Some RPLs offer ways to check all, but the operator
would have to account for that.

i think this discussion is becoming silly.  can god make a boulder so big that
he himself can not lift it.
