In footnote [1], the standard number is wrong.  Delete the “.1”  it should be “IEEE Std 802-2014…”  Consider if it would be appropriate to indicate that IEEE Std 802 is currently being revised.  An alternative would be to drop the year from the reference (an undated standard reference should be interpreted as the most recent revision).
