Besides the usual request for review of the new text, for refinement, 
I'll ask whether there is any additional work that folk think this 
documents needs.

Also, while I think it reasonable to publish this as Informational, I'm 
inclined to suggest Experimental, mostly as an implicit request for folk 
to try it.
