IETF83 - We have a host, and so we will have plenary power strips

I am very pleased to announce that Cisco has agreed to host IETF 83 in Paris!

With the funds provided by the the host, we will be able to provide power strips in the plenary room.  I am extremely grateful to Cisco for helping the IETF in this way.
