Like I said, I hadn't looked at the numbers and assumed an even 
distribution.   So even years will have N slots, and odd years will have 
N+1 slots going forward - works for me and a good argument for a 2 year 
term for the Chair (plus leftovers if necessary if Lars has to eject 
earlier).
