And noting that using github in the way it is being used for
this document tends to turn an opportunity for community
discussion of issues into a model in which people offer you
(Jay) advice and you resolve those comments, apparently as you
deem appropriate.  Perhaps that is appropriate for LLC actions
but it is not how the IETF, in my experience at least, normally
does business and is very far from the "decisions are made on
mailing lists" model.
