   Could you please take a look at
	   draft-guruprasad-addressless-internet-00.txt

I just took a look at it, and it makes the following interesting
assumption: "Internet == Web ---> URL's are the only form of addresses
which matter".

It also seems to be espousing a form of address path which looks
remarkably similar to UUCP bang-path routing, using optimizations very
similar to which were encoded in a UUCP pathalias file.

Am I missing something or is that in essense your proposal?
