Hence the request: either make that the only text in section 6.3, or
clearly state that singleton addresses are not recommended by IETF best
practices. And more in general, assume that best practices are followed,
and explain how the proposed scheme will follow them. At the moment, this
scheme seems little more than an afterthought.
