Dear Authors,
thank you for your thoughtful consideration of my comments, particularly in
regard to the YANG model of the IOAM Direct Export mode. I've read the
latest version and have a question. I appreciate your thoughts on:

   - As I understand it, ioam configuration administratively is controlled
   on the system/node level through "ioam-profiles". Do you see it as too
   broad and per interface level could be more suitable for an operator?

The document is well-written and provides the essential element for
successful deployment of on-path telemetry measurement based on the IOAM. I
support progressing it to IESG.
