Nick,

So RFC8200 was deemed insufficient for limited domains so SRv6 made
new requirements specific to its limited domains, but for extensions
headers it's the opposite problem in that RFC8200 is sufficient for
limited domains but we need a different specification for how they
work over the open Internet. Am I the only one who's confused? :-)
