While I still think this should be avoided, this would be an "accent"
or "dialect" of IPv6 rather than a different version.

Possibly relevant as an example of something to avoid in terms of
versions and needing sub-versions. English is my first language, and
apparently so is the older gentleman's in this video - not that I can
tell. I can easily understand the interviewer, and he apparently can
understand the older gentleman!
