Folks,

We've had great discussion on the list about the new work items.  So now 
we need volunteers for editors of each of the items.  They would need to 
filter this thread and capture the design in corresponding ID(s).  If 
they have further questions/clarifications then please post this to the 
list as there has been feed back from multiple sources.

If you would like to be an editor then please e-mail the list, so that 
we can coordinate assignments.  We would prefer to have at least one 
editor to progress this WG.
