I support its adoption.
Based on the discussion on the list, we can know that following the guideline of RFC5316 and RFC5305 is not the efficient way to extract the inter-AS topology as that required by https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-idr-bgpls-inter-as-topology-ext-09#section-5.1。we should also consider the further usage of the informtion that associated the stub link.
