[Ltru] Scandinavian (RE: extlang for users)

I haven't studied Scandinavian (the individual Icelandic language)
myself. All I know is that it is some kind of compromise/mix. The
few times I've heard it, it sounds like such a mix with a heavy
Icelandic accent. Sorry, I don't have further details.
