The list is quiet, and does need more discussion. IETF judges merit often by how much discussion a topic gets, so one of the things that you can do, is encourage others to join in on this discussion. While CLIENTID is one (1) of the topics for the 'mailsec' list, it is also meant to encapsulate other issues around email security as well.
