If you could implement the changes suggested by Nada and myself (3
different mails), I think the document is good to go. We will have some
terminology and procedure fixes for section 5.3, to align it with the
dhcp draft, but that could be done for version -02. The dhcp draft is
still not ready, as the usage of dhcp to discover MoS both in visited
and home complicated the situation a lot, we had to completely rewrite
the whole draft and probably submit it incomplete because of lack of
time to finalize it.
