I would concur that if the chairs think it is possible to include a non-limiting clause such as what Watson proposes, that would be useful. Otherwise, given the overhead of rechartering, it could be useful to discuss out the list at the proposed January interim so that we give full consideration on everything that ought to be included at this stage.

Does a saving clause of "such other extensions as the working group
consensus deems advisable" sound good? While I see from the record
EKR wanted some scoping, I think having an explicit list of things to
work on and then others is good enough.
