I suggest dtls-association-id. In my opinion there is no longer the same need to be aligned with the name of the connection attribute.

We will try our best. I am trying to model the language on ICE ufrag.

Any preferences on the attribute name? So far I can think of dtls-id, dtls-association-id, or dtls-connection-id
