Correct me if I'm wrong, but a ICE-Lite server does not even need to
know about the ICE parameters it signals to the peer and it receives
form the peer (but just its own ufrag and passwd) and can determine
which is the selected pair by just inspecting the PRIORITY attribute
in received ICE requests with USE-CANDIDATE.
