You have previously forwarded a draft of V.151 annex D, which does  
use this parameter for negotiation. However, section 6 of the media- 
content draft explains that it cannot be used for the purpose you  
suggest. You seem to have a reasonable use case, but including the  
txp parameter in this draft is not the right solution.
