No. My point was that we should **NOT** confuse matters by mixing the legal
definitions for IPR purposes with the pragmatic definitions for metrics.
So no text. Incidentally I agree with Fred that defining metrics that can
be automated is quite hard, but it has nothing to do with RFC3979.
