The NETCONF Chairs are extending this adoption poll for another two weeks (to Dec 14) in order to obtain a sufficient number of responses. The chairs implore WG members to provide a response in this timeframe.

Context:
  - there are currently 6 responses
  - the 118 attendance was around 55
  - thus the total response is ~10%
  - but 4 of the responses are from authors
  - thus the non-author response is ~3%
  - the chairs feel this is inadequate for adoption

Kent (and Mahesh)
