Re: [netconf] Adoption call for notif-yang-04

Hi,

I support adoption of this draft.

It helps YANG being more of a first class citizen in modern data 
pipelines. This in turn can make pipelines for network data more 
efficient, on the quest of trying to limit the amount of trans-coding 
end-to-end.
