·         It may be worth describing a customer role, since customers will have the ability to run a restricted set of debug tools or perform other selective operations.

·         Consistency, Availability and Partitioning (CAP) is a key challenge with a direct impact on SLAs. Perhaps it may be worth moving this up in the list and relate other challenges to the architectural choices made taking into account CAP.
