I would also support the text of the draft if: 
- Any dependency to draft-weil is removed
- Cases for other uses (i.e. 2.1.2 and 2.1.3, as pointed out by Wesley) 
are removed, they seem to strongly contradict 4.1.3 and the idea of the 
draft. Even if the space will probably be used for other purposes, there's 
no need to document them (DSBUYN).
