Maybe my suggestion wasn't clear.

Do you think that any of the TTZ-related use cases (not just the ones in
the applicability draft, but maybe other similar ones) need to be solved?
I'm not asking whether you think TTZ can solve any of them or whether you
like that way it may solve them..  I'm asking whether you (or anyone else)
think that there are issues that need to be solved somehow.  The intent
would be to then solve them.

Note that TTZ is a potential solution to a set of issues.  Maybe not the
best or only solution, but without having a set of requirements/use cases
to measure against it may be hard to decide which solution to use..if
there is even a problem, or other solutions..
