of draft-irtf-panrg-what-not-to-do, and wanted to reply to this question

Yeah. That is a quote from
https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/68/slides/tsvarea-3/sld1.htm, so it does
need a "This" or something like that, but since it's a quote, I left it and
added "(sic)" afterwards.

Thanks for the careful read, and for asking before the RFC Editor asks the
