Resending this email FOR THE THIRD TIME, now with the full WGLC review in a COMPRESSED attachment
so that this mail does not have to bother one of the PIM WG-chairs to go and authorize the mail
because seemingly there is a limit to text emails to pim@ietf.org. Including attachments.

(btw: i am just using the format of commenting into the complete draft text in idnits,
because this is also how my favorite AD was doing reviews for my drafts. It did help me also to
go back and forth in my editor when i wanted to check text pieces i didn't have comments
about, so i do think its quite useful to not overlook review items and easier to fix review
 items during the review).

Cheers
