Original details are in the e-mail below from Chonggang. I will only add a timeline. Please send all comments in support/not support by 21 May (two weeks' time).

I have taken note of the e-mails already sent in support so if you already have done so you don't need to do so again. Please add a technical justification if you have something to what was already said (especially in case of not supporting adoption).
