I don't understand what you are saying here at all. I cited exactly this 
paragraph in my response to Thomas [0]. All my arguments about 
disservice to the community still hold.

I already requested you to stop these notices. Could you please stop 
these now? If you want to send me "confidential" emails, just use my 
email. Don't send a copy on rats@ietf.org, which is a *public* mailing 
list, and "contents" of your email are publicly available [1].
