It's only a nit, but not one that is detected automatically. But,
despite the fact that it's only a part-of-speech error, it feels
wrong to me that it's not "official". I wouldn't exclude that a
picky lawyer could, well, pick on it.

We don't, fortunately, have a plague of "OPTIONALLY", although
lower case "optionally" is common.
