I suggest draft-flanagan-7322bis, which this replaces?

the history).

The changelog in the series of versions of the older draft appears to 
not have been touched past rev 05.

The changelog for _this_ draft should be brought up to date, or perhaps 
it would be better to just reset it - the level of detail (and the age) 
of the changelogs for the older draft don't provide more than the diffs 
would.
