It's a manual process.
Usually, I will update the dependencies and deploy them to Author Tools.
I've already updated the Author Tools with kramdown-rfc 1.6.11.

I try to keep Author Tools up to date, but If there are any issues or 
anything that has to be updated, you can create an issue in the GitHub 
project [1].
