There have been updated drafts for both H.264 (
http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-burman-rtcweb-h264-proposal/)  and
VP8 (http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-alvestrand-rtcweb-vp8/).  There
were no other submissions for consideration.  As noted before, now is the
time for folks to dig into these drafts, raising issues and checking the
work.  Please kick that off as soon as possible.
