Dear all,

I support the adoption of this draft. There's no doubt that offering SCHC compression of ICMPv6 is necessary.
However, I'd would like to recommend that the scope of the draft be strictly limited to the compression of ICMPv6 messages (the title of the draft must be modified).
Content pertaining to architecture should be addressed separately in the relevant draft to maintain clarity and focus.
In addition, in line with what Dominique said at the last interim meeting, I also have concerns about the introduction of the concept of actions. I'm afraid this may lead to a loss of generality and open the door to many undesirable uses.

I support adopting the draft as well.

The draft provides very useful functionality, including that ICMPv6 header compression may be needed in environments beyond LPWAN (e.g., for Neighbor Discovery messages in draft-ietf-6lo-schc-15dot4-04 scenarios).

Having ICMPv6 over SCHC, as well as other (potentially larger) parts of OAM are things we should be able to run over SCHC.
