Considering that we already agreed in Berlin to take on "Happy Eyeballs for SIP” as a milestone, I think that should be prioritized.  We are obviously willing to work on this and have already put forth a candidate draft to satisfy this milestone (draft-worley-sip-he-connection) that we’re hoping the WG will consider for adoption.
