[storm] iSCSI drafts - EMC commentary

I have reached out to both the VNX and Symmetrix iSCSI implementation teams inside
EMC.  Both teams have checked the changes in the consolidated draft and the features
in the SAM draft, and do not have any problems with what is being specified.
