Hi WG,

I have read the draft and support the WG adoption.

I think this draft complement the NS framework and draft-ietf-teas-ns-ip-mpls well.
The NS framework introduces NRP, and draft-ietf-teas-ns-ip-mpls says NRP can be further classified into resource partitions in the control plane, the data plane, or a combination of the two. This draft describes the considerations and possible optimizations of the control plane and data plane of NRP for better scalability, which is useful for the NRP solution design. And IMO it would be helpful for draft-ietf-teas-ns-ip-mpls to refer to this document for the scalability considerations.

Thanks,
Bo
