I agree with this comment. In particular, I object to phrases along the
lines of:

"TLS 1.3 considerations: reduced effectiveness"

Ignoring their aims, I don't think these products work, and I don't think
the IETF should publish documents that make it seem like they do.

I would support an ISE submission.
