Hi Paul,

There are a few options:
* As Robert mentioned you can use the https://github.com/ietf-tools/iddiff
* And rfcdiff script https://github.com/ietf-tools/rfcdiff (Author
Tools use this by default.)
* If you don't want to install any tools, there's an option to use
Author Tools API: See [1] and [2].
