I can't see how to change the state of the following document:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-fox-lsr-ospf-terminology/

To "WG Adoption Call issued" (or whatever it is). The only action-like item I see is a button labeled "Adopt" which is premature at this point.

How do I update the state of this document?
