Did you get rid of the ability to put in the state: Candidate for adoption?  If so, could you put it back?
IDR like LSR has lots of drafts that ask for adoption.   Prior to adoption, we need to do IPR checks. We let people know that they are in the queue for adoption by setting this state.

Could you also put back the ability to sort on state on the related Internet-Drafts for a WG?

Could you also send a link on where to send bugs for the new datatracker?

"Adopt" is what you want. This will move the document to the state you

require. After 2 weeks (or however long) call you can declare consensus

and either mark the document as adopted or as not adopted.
