There is a known error (but not known cause) on one of Henrik's servers 
that leads it to fail to serve the correct site over http. It will do 
the correct thing over https. Henrik does not plan to try any more to 
fix it, since those servers will be turned down. When we make the 
transition, we will be implementing the redirects ourselves, and they 
will be stable. References for those htmlized pages should be aimed at 
the datatracker.
