Hi Gorry & Tom,

draft-ietf-tsvwg-udp-options-dplpmtud-08 describes how REQ and RES UDP
Options can be used to determine if DPLPMTUD probes have been received.
It does not describe that padding probes to the intended size is
realized using the minimum datagram length indication from section 13,
"UDP API Extensions", of draft-ietf-tsvwg-udp-options-22.  Would the
"Datagram PLPMTUD for UDP Options" draft be easier to understand if this
were stated explicitly?
