That's the fundamental issue here. In SLAAC, With SLAAC, this doesn't work
and the host doesn't know that it didn't work. With DHCPv6 or SLAAC+ARO,
the host *knows* it didn't work, but *it still didn't work*. So let's not
turn this into a SLAAC vs DHCP discussion. Changing address assignment
protocols will not prevent the failure, it will only change the failure
mode.
