My name is Fay Turner and I am with the National Library of Canada. I am
participating in a group that is defining directory requirements for the
Library's new automated system. We have staff who are very knowlegeable
about X.500 but we do not know too much about WHOIS++. Can someone please
direct me to where I can obtain a good general description of WHOIS++. Many
